FAQs
The No Fake Fashion (NFF) training focuses on protecting originality in the fashion industry. The training is designed to help fashion professionals and SMEs defend their value, strengthen trust, and fight counterfeiting using modern tools and strategies. It covers topics such as intellectual property rights, anti-counterfeiting technologies, product authentication, ethical production, traceability, and consumer awareness.
All you need is an internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone). No prior technical knowledge is required, as every concept is explained clearly and step by step.
Yes, the NFF training is completely free of charge. It was developed as part of the Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Vocational Education and Training (Project Reference: 2024-1-RO01-KA220-VET-000243739) and is co-funded by the European Union. You can access all learning materials and assessments, earn micro-credentials and a final certificate without any payment.
The NFF training is available in English, Greek, Italian, Romanian, and Spanish, allowing participants to learn in their preferred language.
The NFF Training comprises 12 modules or what we are calling “learning pills”, which take approximately 45 to 60 minutes each to complete.
Each learning pill focuses on a specific topic and includes multimedia in the form of text, images and videos. At the end of each learning pill, you will take a final quiz comprising multiple choice questions to assess your understanding.
No. You may complete any module or “learning pill” of your choice, as there is no fixed order in which the learning pills must be taken.

Yes. At the end of each “learning pill” or module you will need to achieve a score of at least 70% on the final quiz. You may attempt the final quiz up to three times. Once you successfully complete the final quiz, you will be awarded a micro-credential in the form of a digital open badge, recognising the specific skills and knowledge gained in that learning pill. To receive the NFF Training Certificate, you must complete all 12 “learning pills” or modules.
Micro-credentials certify the learning outcomes of short-term learning experiences, for example a short course or training. They offer a flexible, targeted way to help people develop the knowledge, skills and competences they need for their personal and professional development.
The Accessibility Tools allow you to customise how the NFF Training platform looks and behaves to suit your needs, such as adjusting text size, contrast, spacing, and other visual settings to improve readability and ease of navigation. These tools are built into the website, require no installation, and do not affect your learning progress, badges, or certificates.
